BY ACCESSING OR USING THE APPLICATION AT https://abadiy.com OR OUR BULK UPLOAD TOOLS (COLLECTIVELY, THE "SERVICE"), YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SERVICE.

1. Parties to the Agreement

These Terms of Use are a binding agreement between you ("Visitor", "User", or "Customer") and the owners/operators of https://abadiy.com ("Website", "We", or "Us"). By using our API services and bulk uploader tools, you acknowledge that you have the authority to bind yourself or the legal entity you represent.

2. Use of Service & Restrictions

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Service solely for the purpose of uploading video content to your own YouTube channels. Regarding the use of this Service, you agree that:

  • You will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • You will not upload content that violates the YouTube Community Guidelines or any applicable copyright laws.
  • You will not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or "frame" the underlying code of the Service without express written permission.

3. Intellectual Property of the Website

The website design, text, code, scripts, and graphics of the Service are owned by the Website and are protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Website's proprietary code without permission.

4. User Content (Your Videos)

Important Distinction: Unlike generic submissions, the video content you upload using our Bulk Uploader remains your property (or the property of the respective copyright holder).

We do not claim ownership of your video files, descriptions, or channel data. The Service acts solely as a conduit to transmit your data to the YouTube API. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process your files strictly for the purpose of uploading them to YouTube on your behalf.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

Specifically, we are not responsible for:

  • Any errors in the YouTube API or downtime of Google services.
  • Any actions taken by YouTube against your channel (e.g., strikes or bans) resulting from the content you choose to upload.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE WEBSITE OR ITS OWNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DATA OR PROFIT, OR DUE TO BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

7. API Client Terms

This Service uses YouTube API Services. By using the Service, you confirm that you also agree to the Google Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Terms

9. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
